Trained in Shotokan karate and Taekwondo, with a mix of Judo. Sessions can include; Forms Practice, Basic/Advanced Movements, Fitness and Stretching.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Blue belt in Shotokan Karate and Brown Belt in Taekwondo, working towards my Black belt in Taekwondo, then plan to return to Karate to finish black belt there. Studying in Kineseology and Fitness
