I have a variety of services I offer. I can share with you what I've done to stay fit and healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. My diet consists of simple foods. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables and some source of protein. I workout from you tube videos 4-5 days a week.
I can also share how I've gotten out of a seemingly hopeless depressing place in my life. I can offer tips and my experience from dating apps. A sort of talk therapy and life tips/experiences.
I can also help people figure out resources and begin/continue to take care of themselves. How to get over anger, great meditation resources, etc
For fun I like to play Mortal Kombat and watch videos of it on you tube. I also feel recharged around friends and like to go out when I can. At times I'm a homebody that enjoys some Netflix. I take time out to meditate, exercise, self reflect, and talk with friends and family as forms of my own self care.
I work part time from home and recently started back at school to finish my BA.
A little more about me, I'm looking to pursue a career in mental health, know how to cook some authentic beginner level Indian food, speak beginner French, I like to write and journal, thoroughly enjoy post rock music, and have started making you tube videos over the past few months. Also I've been away from booze and drugs for 9 years. I like astrology as well and could give you an idea and some resources for you. I can you you a few different perspectives of it. I use a combination of western, Chinese, numerology, and tarot for myself.
I could perform this service virtually or meet up as well. I will listen about your life and see what I feel is applicable from mine that may apply. Or if you have specific interest from anything listed above we can focus on that. I would say approximately 30 minutes per chat is the time I can commit to it.
