Legal Advice on a Business Policy

I am currently in the process of starting my own company in Alberta, Canada. Due to the nature of the business and it's classification and a "high risk" I am wanted to create and implement a Drug Testing Policy. However, there are a lot of legalities due to human rights. I do have a few policies drafted, all that is needed is someone to read over and make sure it is legal/ suggest changes.
I am looking for someone knowledge about employment and human rights laws in Alberta and Canada.
