I will offer fitness advice from losing weight, how to meal prep ,counting macros and which workout program is best for you. I'll provide you 15 minutes of a Q & A type discussion. The first five minutes will consist of questions in order to find the best possible advice or tips possible, as everyone's situation will be different.
Training & Qualifications
I am a fitness coach. I've successfully lost weight and kept the weight off after having my son. I've helped other people lose weight and continue to provide this serve without expectations. It is my passion to help other people!
