In initial messages, you will outline for me: what you can’t eat or what your diet is, what recipes you have been using that you might be tired of, and any favorite food or ingredients.
I will follow your guidelines to come up with a full 7 day week of meal plans! This includes 3 meals and 1 snack every day. Recipes and a shopping list included.
This service is perfect for the single person, a couple trying to match diets up to find good food, even for people with children and multigenerational families. Anyone can benefit!
Need a little extra?
3+ dietary restrictions (+8 Simbi) or 5+ dietary restrictions (+15 Simbi)
Extra meal or snack per day (+5 Simbi per extra)
Daily reminders and encouragement throughout the week to stay on the meal plan (+5 Simbi for 1 reminder/day, +8 for 2 reminders/day)
Storage advice and information on safely consuming leftovers (+1/meal)

I am currently following a strict diet for medical reasons which is low FODMAP, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, no alcohol. If I can build reasonable meal plans for myself out of this, I’m ready to tackle your needs!
