Mindfulness Chat

I have been studying mindfulness since 2014, having lived in different centers and done several in depth studies/programs. I would be happy to chat with you on any questions you may have about mindfulness practices which are becoming more present and in pop culture today.
What is mindfulness? Can you lead us through a 15 minute sit? What do you think about mindfulness in our society today? How can I set my self up to have a regular practice? What are some different practices I can incorporate into my life? Etc. You can leave this session with a few practices to study through out your week, or with a better understanding of what mindfulness is all about, or perhaps some of your own insight after a sit together.
I imagine we will chat for a half hour-45 minutes, but I am flexible. It will be over zoom and I will ask you what you are looking to get from this session and go from there.
