Organic Kombucha SCOBY + lesson
I will give you a komucha SCOBY and some starter Kombucha as well an explanation of how to do it.
Kombucha is a special kind of tea fermented with a symbiotic culture of yeasts and bacteria. If you're reading this you likely know what it is and how darn good it is for you.
You will need a 4 quart wide mouth mason jar to fit the SCOBY and starter liquid. For 5 extra Simbi we'll give you one of our jars.
Training & Qualifications
I've been brewing and fermenting food and beverages since year 2000. I took microbiology in my undergrad and have a good understanding of the chemical processes involved with fermenting foods.
Availability & Preferences
We can do this at anytime our schedules align, but once a week you can come watch us make a batch!
Because of the cyclical nature of Kombucha we can only provide this service once or twice a week!
