Zumba is a fun and easy way to get in shape! My Zumba class will give you an hour long interval cardio workout, which has been scientifically proven to be the most effective way to burn fat and increase stamina. This cardio is combined with a healthy amount of stretching and strength training, all while dancing and grooving with a fun Latin flair. I teach Zumba group classes in the Portsmouth area (adelejones.zumba.com), and can offer you a five class punch card to come try it out! Each punch is good for a one hour class.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified member of the Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN). I also have 8 years of experience teaching dance.
