Dietary Menu Planning

I need help with family menu planning for school lunches and home dinners (30 days) for many allergies. Beef, pork, bananas, milk (person 1), potatoes, carrots, shellfish, soy, apples, peanuts (person 2), and melon, shrimp, diabetic (person 3). Eating differently at the same meal ok as long as it is fairly simple and not time consuming. Crock pot or fairly fast for meals good. Need monthly menu, carbs of each, and shopping list.
