Replace light fixtures at your house or business.
You provide the fixtures.
Ceiling fans cost extra.
Additional electrical work, troubleshooting, or inspection costs extra.
Chandelliers or adjustable height fixtures cost extra.
Moving furniture out of the way costs extra.
Dimmers or switch changes cost extra.
We can discuss extras if needed. Just trying to be clear on what the rate covers.

I've changed out about 1000 light fixtures, usually with multiple extras
