I work as an Infrastructure Support Specialist at Medical Imaging Consultants (MIC); a leader company in medical imaging in Edmonton. That's after I led the IT house/service call department in PC Medic Corp, a local computer solutions business and a sister company of GBS Mobility Inc, focused on providing IT solutions for small to medium size businesses.

I possess lots of skills which make me an asset to any company. Considering that I installed, configured or managed Active Directory, IIS, DNS, MSSQL, RDS, Exchange, Sharepoint, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Windows and Linux servers (HP/Dell), HP Blades Enclosures, virtual connect switching, EMC VNX, HP Cleversafe, LAN, WLAN, VPN, VMware ESXi 5.x and up, VMware Horizon View, VMware vSphere, and VMware vCenter.

Colleagues know me as a highly skilled hardware and software troubleshooter who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach by thinking outside-the-box, a professional communicator in both verbal and written with the ability to explain IT to IT literate, and a self-starter who is able to prioritize complex work and work under pressure. I also can work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.

I have two Diplomas in Information Technology which led me to have my professional certificates; CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ as well as Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows 7, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure, SQL Server 2008 and MS Exchange 2007.
