It isn’t always easy to remember to take time to care for ourselves. No matter what profession, lifestyle, background, education, age, color, size, socioeconomic status or personality, we ALL need self-care. And we ALL need some form of help or support to maintain it. Walk with me through a 1 visit, 3 visit or a 5 visit journey to learn various ways to take care of YOU. Discover what works best for you. Find out how easy it can be to put your body and soul in a better place. I promise, the answer isn’t always diet and exercise!!! It doesn’t have to take an hour a day!!! You don’t have to have special clothing or equipment!!! Don’t let the things you have seen and heard over the years scare you away from taking care of YOU. I will provide guidance, peer reviewed research, information, related statistics, easy and short mental and physical exercises, new ideas, a variety of easy activities and as much virtual person to person support as you choose.

Training & Qualifications


I have a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Memphis (1997) , I am a licensed Lactation Consultant and am licensed in Infant Massage. I have worked in social work and public health for 30 years. I have extensive experience in Self Care Studies, Compassion Fatigue and Vicarious Trauma.
