Reflexology is a beautiful type of holistic massage that incorporates reiki energy healing as well as acupressure techniques that improve overall mobility, healing, and wellness of the individual's body. This massage is specifically for your hands and your feet; while there are reflexologist out there that also like to utilize the ears - I am of the reflexologist that spend most of my time on the feet.
There are nerve endings and receptors throughout your body that all lead down to the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet, and by massaging and applying pressure in particular spots, we can send signals to the brain to open up these pathways and encourage the healing process to take place.
So far, all of my clients in this arena have been women between the ages of 25 and 70. Reflexology is typically light touch, so you don't have to worry about an uncomfortable or painful experience. More pressure can be applied based on preference and comfort.
Join me in my lovely apartment in Hollywood or let me travel to you with an anti-gravity chair for a 50 min hand and foot massage. There will be a pre-screening before each session to make sure you are fully able to receive the treatment - certain cuts, wounds, bruises, fungus, conditions, broken bones, swelling, can be an issue.
I would also like to point out that for these sessions, there will be NO removal of any clothing necessary. While skin-to-skin contact provides the best experience for hand and foot massage, clients can keep their socks on and will not be required to take off any clothes for a massage. Your safety and comfort takes priority. When coming to my personal home for a massage, I only schedule when I partner will be home so we are not alone and there's no risk of danger or accusations thrown about how these services take place. A consent form will be signed before each session as well.

Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Reflexologist with over 8 years of experience working with clients. I received my first certification at the Red Rocks College in Boulder, Colorado. I also took private coaching sessions for reflexology with certified reflexologist Elisabeth Wood (formerly Greenwall) to keep my craft warm and to continuously improve. When I relocated from Colorado to Los Angeles, California - I regained a second certification for reflexology with an online course during the pandemic. This course was through the Skill-share Online Academy for Holistic Healing.
Availability & Preferences
Reflexology appointments need to be in person for physical touch, and so my availability for these sessions is typically on Fridays and Saturdays in the late morning and afternoon times, Pacific Time.
